As the request is coming straight from your personal inbox and not from Mine the companies can't take this as an excuse to not deal with your request.

If you are in contact with any of the companies that say so, please let them know that the deletion request is, in fact, coming from your own email address. 🤓

You can even add a screenshot of the email request from your sent items folder with your address as the sender.

Make sure the screenshot shows:

  • To: {the company}

  • from: {your email address}

  • Subject line

  • Email body
