Chat with any company you've reclaimed your data from on the My Reclaims page.

Simply tap on a request within the "Active" section and write your message in the intended panel!

You may respond in any way you think is appropriate, but to make it easier for you, we've created several templates for you to use when responding to these requests. You can find them here.

There is also the option to send a "Quick reply," including prepared answers, depending on your needs.

To make it easier for you to keep track, we'll let you know when a company has responded and if it's time for you to take action.
